What you will do

• Plan and execute end-to-end audits across operational areas including ERM, vendor management, HR, and marketing.
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks.
• Utilize data analytics tools like SQL, Excel, and Power BI to identify trends, anomalies, and control gaps.
• Develop audit data models and visualizations to support risk assessments and audit reporting.
• Prepare high-quality audit reports and communicate findings effectively to management.
• Track and validate the remediation of audit findings to ensure timely closure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk/control roles.
• Strong understanding of internal audit methodologies and frameworks like COSO.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Fluency in English is a MUST.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver within deadlines.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CIA, ACCA, CPA, or CISA.
• Experience in financial services or fast-paced fintech environments.
