What you will do

• Review monthly revenue recognition, WIP, and unbilled revenue balances to identify delivery and financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal revenue recognition policies, specifically percentage-of-completion accounting.
• Monitor project profitability, margins, and resource utilization to identify profit leakage or cost overruns.
• Lead the annual services budgeting process and support monthly forecasting activities.
• Partner with Delivery and Services leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver structured financial reporting and analysis to support operational objectives.

Requirements

• Strong finance controlling experience within consulting, professional services, or project-based environments.
• Expertise in percentage-of-completion accounting and project revenue recognition under IFRS.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/reporting systems.
• Ability to work closely with delivery and operational teams.
• Must be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
