Focus on translating ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks, ensuring data quality through QA and documentation, and communicating complex findings to technical and executive stakeholders.
Location: Structured hybrid with at least three days per week in the office. Candidates must work from an approved location: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Tampa, or Birmingham, United States.
Salary: $87,500–$131,100 per year.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle for an assigned business area such as Product, Finance, Servicing Operations, Regulatory/Compliance, Fraud, or Marketing.
- Build data pipelines, write optimized SQL queries in AWS Redshift, and deliver in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and automated reports for BaaS partners and Apple Cash products.
- Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks, visualizations, and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data quality through documentation, QA, and ongoing monitoring of analytics outputs.
- Partner with revenue, product, operations, engineering, and other technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, financial services, or consulting, including delivery of insights to business stakeholders.
- Advanced SQL proficiency and demonstrated ability to independently write complex, optimized queries on large datasets.
- Hands-on Tableau development experience, including production-grade dashboards and data visualizations.
- Experience owning end-to-end analytics workstreams with minimal oversight and managing competing stakeholder requests.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and meet the approved location requirement.
