KYC Analyst, Onboarding Operations, EMEA

Location: Based in the Tel Aviv office or alternatively the Vilnius office in Lithuania

Salary: €32K–€45.1K per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Perform client due diligence and assess customers from a compliance perspective while supporting a smooth onboarding experience.
• Manage and improve the end-to-end onboarding process from a financial crime risk perspective.
• Apply local and global AML/CTF policies and procedures in collaboration with Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance, and Operations Strategy teams.
• Monitor AML-related developments, conduct periodic reviews, and support audits.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of process-oriented experience requiring strong attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of European and Israeli AML directives, local implementations, AML/CTF regulations, principles, and typologies.
• Experience using data and analytics for performance and risk-based decision-making.
• Proficiency with Excel, Office or G Suite tools, case management systems, and data-oriented SaaS vendors.
• For Tel Aviv: English and Hebrew are required.
• For Vilnius: English is required.

Nice to have

• Banking or fintech experience.
• AML certification such as ACAMS or ICA.
• Arabic for a Tel Aviv-based role.
• French, German, or Spanish for a Lithuania-based role.
• Experience in a high-growth or globally distributed startup.
