TL;DR

Product Manager (GORA) - Life & Leisure Service Development (LLSD) (Golf): Building and launching new products for Rakuten GORA, Japan's golf course reservation service, with an accent on user problem discovery, product strategy, and cross-functional execution. Focus on forecasting industry trends, defining requirements and KPIs, creating roadmaps, managing development schedules, and making release decisions for products that improve the golf experience.

hirify.global develops hirify.global GORA, a golf course reservation service, along with other lifestyle and leisure products such as hirify.global Beauty and Car.

What you will do

Define concepts and product goals based on user needs and industry opportunities.
Forecast industry trends and analyze competitors.
Set product KPIs and create short- and long-term roadmaps.
Define requirements and manage tasks, schedules, and overall project execution.
Work with engineers and QA throughout development and release.
Conduct bug triage and make release decisions for new and existing products.

Requirements

Experience with upstream system-development processes, including requirements definition or higher.
Experience in project management as a project manager or project leader.
TOEIC score of 800 or equivalent English ability.
Fluent Japanese ability is required.

Nice to have

Experience in market trend analysis and product strategy development.
System-development experience, regardless of programming language.
Experience building native app products.
Experience conducting user research and improving UI/UX based on research findings.
Interest in the sports industry.
