What you will do

• Lead product construction and execution for hirify.global GORA, Japan's leading golf reservation website.
• Define product concepts, identify user needs, and develop solutions to modernize the golf industry.
• Establish product KPIs and create comprehensive short- and long-term roadmaps.
• Conduct industry forecasting and competitor analysis to define strategic product goals.
• Manage the entire development lifecycle, from requirements definition to final release judgment.
• Collaborate with engineers and QA teams for bug triage and product delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
• Experience in upstream processes, specifically requirements definition in system development.
• Proven experience in project management as a PM or PL.
• English: TOEIC 800+ or equivalent abilities required.
• Japanese: Fluent level required.

Nice to have

• Experience in building product strategies and market trend analysis.
• Experience developing native app products.
• Background in user research and implementing UI/UX improvements.
