Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

What you will do

• Review fund deals and provide structured feedback on investment memos to build conviction and record decision factors.
• Assist with deal intake, pipeline tracking, and due diligence workflows across sourcing and execution.
• Analyze complexities of deal documents, including SAFEs, convertible instruments, and priced rounds.
• Route investment opportunities to appropriate funds based on thesis, stage, and geography.
• Support and maintain a global scout network to turn community engagement into a sourcing advantage.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in VC, startups, operations, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of the startup and venture investing ecosystem (founders, funds, and LPs).
• Comfort with CRM tools and data management.
• Fluency with modern AI frameworks and tools to optimize and scale personal workflows.
• Excellent written communication and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience as a founder or operator who has built and raised capital for a company.
• Prior exposure to venture capital, fundraising, or investor relations.
