What you will do

• Lead quality assurance across the full software development lifecycle for a complex fintech platform.
• Define and evolve QA strategy, automation approaches, quality gates, and release criteria.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for backend services, REST APIs, and AI components.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and expand test coverage.
• Analyze requirements and technical documentation to identify quality risks and define test coverage.
• Investigate defects and support root cause analysis across distributed systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• 5+ years in QA/SDET roles with end-to-end ownership of test automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience testing REST APIs, backend services, and complex system integrations.
• Experience designing automated test frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker, containerized test environments, and PostgreSQL.
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ level required

Nice to have

• Experience testing AI/LLM-based applications.
• Understanding of AI and LLM fundamentals.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Azure/AWS.
