Graphic Designer

What you will do

• Create design deliverables for client campaigns across social media, paid advertising, email, content marketing, infographics, and branding.
• Work with designers, editors, ACDs, and marketing teams across multiple client accounts.
• Use AI technologies and hirify.global’s Nova ecosystem to improve creative workflows and business processes.
• Maintain an organized workflow, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and apply performance learnings and current design trends to client content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in design and creative work.
• Strong understanding of visual design, branding, and the digital landscape.
• Experience working with graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, multitasking, and deadline management.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in Costa Rica for this remote role.
