What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Social Media Specialists and Video Creators.
- Define priorities and drive high-impact social media initiatives.
- Partner with PR, Product Marketing, and regional teams to align social strategy with business goals.
- Shape global social media strategy and establish best practices.
- Improve performance measurement and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Evaluate emerging platforms and content formats to support major campaigns and events.
Requirements
- Experience leading social media, digital marketing, or content teams.
- Strong understanding of organic social media and modern platform dynamics.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in complex international organizations is an advantage.
