Salary: $66,400 - $99,600

What you will do

• Review and approve quality engineering aspects of engineering change orders for released products.
• Investigate field complaint trends and conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Test and evaluate proposed product design changes and updates to intended use.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to integrate quality requirements throughout development.
• Develop and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to verify product reliability.
• Lead and participate in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent Technical/Scientific field.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Boxborough, MA.
• Ability to travel approximately 15% to ensure project completion.

Nice to have

• Experience with engineering investigations, testing, or statistical analysis through internships or coursework.
• Strong interest in quality engineering and medical device development.
• Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory compliance.
