What you will do

• Perform cell culture enrichment, maintenance, and analytical assays using automated platforms and instruments.
• Support cell therapy manufacturing processes and automated instrument workflow studies.
• Manage the full ordering lifecycle and procurement of materials via designated lab inventory platforms.
• Maintain real-time inventory tracking and shipment monitoring for cell therapy materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with automation development and procurement teams.
• Uphold strict GMP compliance and aseptic technique standards within the lab.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related life sciences field (Master's preferred).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in cell therapy manufacturing operations or GMP biologics development (e.g., CAR-T, stem cell).
• High proficiency in aseptic techniques within a Grade B cleanroom environment.
• Working knowledge of cold-chain logistics, short-shelf-life material handling, and storage optimization.
• Experience ordering and managing materials specific to cell therapy manufacturing.
• Familiarity with lab inventory software featuring barcoding and automated reorder workflows.
