Salary: $127,000–$165,500 Annual

What you will do

• Lead and execute end-to-end technology transfer activities from process development through commercial-scale GMP manufacturing.
• Review critical documentation including batch records, SOPs, and GMP protocols.
• Serve as a person-in-plant during production campaigns to provide real-time technical support.
• Perform active process monitoring, data trending, and assist in process improvements.
• Drive timely closure of process deviations and support change control management.
• Contribute to supply chain risk mitigation and assist in process characterization activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in drug substance or drug product operations.
• Solid technical background in upstream cell culture and downstream purification.
• Hands-on experience with GMP manufacturing, process validation, and tech transfer.
• Must be able to work independently and remotely from central leadership.
• Ability to travel globally up to 40% for CDMO site visits.
