What you will do

• Build and train custom AI assistants using tools like Gemini GEMS for loan file inspection.
• Audit AI outputs through spot-checking to eliminate false negatives and ensure high accuracy.
• Monitor AI trends and confidence scores to identify systemic risks and provide strategic refinements.
• Design automated quality workflows to track performance and flag defects.
• Manage protocols for complex loan exceptions flagged for human review.
• Lead deep-dive root cause analysis using Lean Six Sigma tools (GEMBA walks, Quality Defect Trees).

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Risk, or Loan Operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and business insights.
• High aptitude for critical thinking and statistical analysis to evaluate AI confidence vs. actual accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work in Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office and DB Viz.
• Familiarity with AI performance metrics.
