What you will do

• Label, generate, and maintain high-quality datasets for AI model training.
• Conduct qualitative error trend analysis to develop action plans for data quality improvement.
• Collaborate with scientists and operations managers to resolve data ambiguities and refine annotation guidelines.
• Drive innovation in tracking and annotation workflows to reduce handling time.
• Identify software bugs and suggest enhancements to internal tools.
• Provide data quality expertise and coaching to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in computational linguistics, language data processing, semantics, or syntax.
• Experience in data annotation, labeling, or markup.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization.
• Experience leading a team of peers.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, English, or Communications.
• Ability to navigate a Unix terminal and use command line tools.
• Experience writing basic code or scripts.
• Interest in conversational design and pragmatics.
