What you will do

• Facilitate site build-out and factory layout planning using CAD
• Perform hands-on fabrication and assembly work, including welding, wiring, and mechanical assembly
• Develop manufacturing processes using metal, glass, and ceramic fabrication methods
• Implement EHS programs and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations through audits and training

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, or a related field
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Hands-on mindset with eagerness to learn welding, wiring, and controls
• Knowledge of or interest in metal, glass, and ceramic fabrication
• Familiarity with EHS and OSHA regulations
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Austin, TX
