Account Strategist

What you will do

• Build comprehensive program plans for multi-channel eCommerce programs, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining meeting agendas, documenting follow-ups, and keeping project management tools up to date.
• Influence cross-functional teams with clear direction, expectations, and collaboration to deliver program outcomes.
• Manage resources and track progress by monitoring milestones, handling scope/timeline changes, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
• Communicate program status and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders and support client satisfaction and KPI achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in licensing, merch-on-demand, eCommerce, or related industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software, Google Apps for Business, Microsoft Office suite, and collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in eCommerce operations, including Shopify Plus ecosystems and Amazon marketplaces.
