Salary: $87,400 - $123,400

What you will do

• Develop and present comprehensive financial plans to retail clients using MoneyGuidePro.
• Coordinate multi-meeting processes to understand the full financial picture of clients.
• Support Financial Advisors in creating a first-in-class client experience.
• Manage a pipeline of current retail clients and onboard referrals.
• Communicate effectively across a wide demographic to discuss financial planning topics.
• Initiate proactive follow-up calls to coordinate next steps and implement client decisions.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• CFP certification required.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations required.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services or the 401k industry.
• 2 years of minimum financial planning experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create and present comprehensive financial plans one-on-one.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience with financial planning software such as eMoney or Naviplan.
