What you will do
- Develop custom software solutions: design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
- Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and apply it to client requirements.
- Design solutions that improve user experience and ensure seamless integration of software components with cross-functional teams.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging to maintain software delivery quality.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to key team decisions across multiple teams.
Requirements
- Master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience developing custom software solutions across systems or applications.
- Strong testing and debugging skills to maintain high-quality delivery.
- Agile experience and ability to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and contribute to team decisions.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
