What you will do

• Lead and coordinate activities within SAP EC implementations.
• Ensure alignment with business requirements during SAP EC projects.
• Contribute to end-to-end SAP EC implementation projects.
• Apply strong understanding of HR processes and SAP EC configuration.
• Work effectively in international or multi-stakeholder environments.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EC with a strong focus on project implementations.
• Proven experience delivering at least 3 end-to-end SAP EC implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP EC configuration.
• Experience working in international or multi-stakeholder environments.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English and Dutch proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Availability for a hybrid work model, 1 time a week in the Lisbon office.
• Requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.
