What you will do

• Develop critical high-performance, large-scale services for DSP programmatic integrations and platform products.
• Build distributed systems processing billions of transactions per day under strict SLAs.
• Collaborate with the Product team to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Split monolithic architecture into microservices and improve deployment automation.
• Migrate measurement pipelines from batch processing to real-time streaming using Kafka/Kinesis.
• Enhance system observability, monitoring coverage, and overall test automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Java backend development with a focus on scalable systems.
• Deep knowledge of the JVM ecosystem, including garbage collection, profiling, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with low-latency, high-throughput services and distributed REST APIs.
• Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab).
• Strong proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and networking/load balancing concepts.
• English: B2 or higher.
• Location: Based in Mexico.
