AI Deployment Software Engineer (NodeJS/TypeScript): Implementing and maintaining the Omnix AI Advisor backend to build confidential AI experiences for customer admins with an accent on inference stack ownership, model evaluation, and performance optimization. Focus on deploying open-source LLMs, orchestrating system prompts, and ensuring scalable, secure AI infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (3 office days per week)

What you will do

• Own the implementation and maintenance of the Omnix AI Advisor backend and the entire inference stack.
• Design and integrate AI solutions including prompt engineering, RAG integration, and the deployment of open-source LLMs.
• Operate and optimize self-hosted LLM infrastructure (llama.cpp, vLLM) on AWS to ensure scalability and performance.
• Develop strategic third-party integrations and AI-assisted tools within the administrative console.
• Modernize legacy server-side systems handling identity management and corporate onboarding workflows.
• Collaborate with product, project, and quality engineering teams to define and implement technical solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris, France to adhere to the hybrid work policy.
• 4+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• 1+ year of experience with LLM engine deployment and maintenance (e.g., llama.cpp, vLLM).
• Proficiency with AWS infrastructure and experience deploying and monitoring cloud applications.
• Fluent English proficiency as the team is international.

Nice to have

• Experience accelerating team-wide AI adoption through coaching on prompt security and output validation.
• Knowledge of modern inference frameworks such as Ollama or TGI.
