What you will do

  • Drive GenAI initiatives from conception to production, delivering key solutions that transform how teams access and utilize data across departments
  • Create and maintain Dust tools with database and AI components that employees across the company will use daily
  • Build robust data models using SQL and DBT to support AI implementations and ensure reliable data access
  • Master prompt engineering techniques to leverage existing AI models and meet hirify.global's specific cross-functional needs
  • Establish and optimize AI process standards through user testing, validation, and continuous improvement to ensure quality and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in Engineering or Business School with a strong technical background
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data modeling
  • Demonstrated experience building bots or AI tools with technical skills in prompt engineering
  • Innovation-driven approach that bridges technical capabilities with business needs; ability to understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Strong English proficiency and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across HR, Sales, Finance, and Marketing

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of DBT, Python, Tableau, or statistical analysis is a plus
