What you will do

• Lead end-to-end audits autonomously across Finance, Insurance Operations, Compliance, IT, and Security.
• Own and drive the closure of a significant share of the open recommendation backlog.
• Represent the Internal Audit function at the Audit Committee level.
• Co-build the next generation of audit tooling and automation within the Corporate community.
• Act as a business partner and challenger to Finance, Risk, Actuarial, Compliance, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on internal audit experience spanning operational, compliance, and financial audits.
• Deep expertise in risk management across Actuarial, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Security domains.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong command of the insurance and financial services industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and active use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Legally eligible to work from France.

Nice to have

• Comfort auditing automated and data-driven processes, system controls, and operational workflows.
• Exposure to IT, cybersecurity, or infrastructure audits.
• Experience managing recommendation tracking at scale with engineering or product teams.
