Onsite Medical Representative (Medical)

What you will do

• Provide first aid support and refer associates to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Coordinate and maintain workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Maintain medical records, activity logs, and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach employees on the operations floor regarding at-risk work habits.
• Facilitate and maintain certifications for first aid, CPR, and AED classes.
• Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols and emergency site response.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• EMT-basic certification from the state Department of Health.
• Current valid EMT or Paramedic Certification (NREMT or state).
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Obtain adult First Aid, CPR, AED certification from AHA or Red Cross within 3 weeks of start date if not already held.

Nice to have

• Certification to teach first aid, CPR, and AED from AHA or Red Cross.
• Experience with industrial wellness programs and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation.
• Previous experience as a military Combat Medic or Healthcare Specialist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and digital recordkeeping.
