hirify.global (RedCore team) is developing a new HR product from the ground up.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain a scalable product using .NET and React.
• Build clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
• Design and maintain database structures in PostgreSQL.
• Integrate third-party APIs and modern AI services.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams within an Agile process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development using .NET Core and React (TypeScript).
• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core, modern C#, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, EF Core).
• Experience with Docker and GCP/AWS-based deployments.
• Solid understanding of REST API design principles, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Ability to design scalable backend architectures and implement security best practices.
• Location: Must be based in Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland.

Nice to have

• Production experience working with AI agents and tools (Cursor, Copilot, Codex).
• Experience integrating AI services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic.
• Experience with Jira integration.
• Knowledge of Vite.
