Salary: 14,000 - 18,000 PLN net + VAT monthly

What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI-driven features focusing on reliability and rapid iteration.
• Implement LLM/NLP-based data extraction and analysis solutions.
• Build LLM-powered pipelines, including RAG, prompt-based systems, and agent workflows.
• Optimize the performance of AI systems for real-time and large-scale use cases.
• Collaborate with product managers and participate in client meetings to define requirements.
• Apply best practices for model evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle tracking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, or Scikit-learn.
• Initial experience with LLMs, NLP, RAG, vector search, or embeddings.
• Experience building production services using FastAPI.
• Ability to design schemas and write efficient queries for relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Bilingual proficiency: Polish B2+ and English B2+ required.
