Location: Hybrid (London) — 3 days in office, 2 days from home

What you will do

• Translate top-line ideas and client briefs into high-end concepts and productions.
• Manage the development and production process of social-first videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Develop detailed decks, presentations, storyboards, and scripts for clients.
• Manage production budgets and recommend solutions to match specific financial constraints.
• Collaborate with editors to craft video assets and provide creative feedback.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of production disciplines, budgets, and timing considerations.
• Deep knowledge of current formats, specs, and delivery requirements for major social platforms.
• Experience with copyright laws for stills, film, music, and SFX.
• Ability to run small shoots independently and support large-scale productions.
• Experience with risk assessments, talent agreements, and call sheets.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office for hybrid work.
