What you will do

• Lead the creation and delivery of social-first video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Manage the Hits Radio YouTube channel, implementing platform best practices and driving growth.
• Handle all production stages from pre-production to final delivery, including filming and editing.
• Direct celebrity talent, presenters, and contributors during studio and location shoots.
• Develop new content formats, visual identities, and creative concepts.
• Mentor and develop a Junior Video Producer and other team members within the Social Video Hub.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of professional video production experience.
• Expertise in professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Audition.
• Proven experience directing high-profile celebrity talent.
• Strong understanding of YouTube strategy, analytics, and digital audience behavior.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.
