Game Designer (iGaming)

hirify.global develops slot games through a dedicated game studio and cross-functional production teams.

What you will do

• Create and maintain detailed game design documents, mock-ups, concepts, and developer-ready specifications.
• Transform blueprint rules into fully formed slot games, defining game flow, presentation, visual direction, and in-game text.
• Design the logic and UX of game events, including cause-and-effect presentation, event clarity, and important moment highlights.
• Collaborate with Art, Math/Concept, Development, Production, and Sound Design teams to implement and refine the game vision.
• Document designs to support development and production while ensuring alignment with known gaming regulations.
• Support Game Producers and Marketing in communicating the game's key strengths.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Game Designer or in a similar role in the gaming or slot game industry.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, math models, and RNG-based game logic.
• Experience creating game design documentation and translating concepts into clear development specifications.
• Working knowledge of UX/UI principles applied to game flow and presentation.
• Basic scripting or technical proficiency with tools such as Unity, proprietary game engines, or scripting languages.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to iterate based on feedback from multiple departments.
