What you will do
- Design slot game concepts tailored to different global markets.
- Develop mathematical models covering return-to-player percentages, hit frequencies, standard deviations, and related metrics.
- Write code to implement game functionality, validate mathematical models, and generate statistical data.
- Create technical, regulatory, and mathematical documentation for game development and testing.
- Build tools that support mathematical calculations, specifications, and documentation.
- Collaborate with artists, software engineers, and test engineers, and peer-review other designers’ calculations, code, and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a game designer or developer working primarily on slot games.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a strong mathematical component.
- Programming experience; C++ is preferred.
- Experience developing game concepts, prototyping game mathematics, and simulating game software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and drive projects from concept through completion.
