What you will do

• Design and establish analytical workflows to process large-scale structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.
• Apply advanced ML and deep learning techniques to identify patterns and trends within datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver comprehensive reports, predictions, and recommendations to senior management.
• Integrate emerging data science technologies and methodologies into organizational practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience working with Git.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Gdansk office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Jupyter Lab, Pipelines, Lambda).
• Familiarity with financial services or fintech domain.
• Professional certification in data science.
• Portfolio of completed data science projects.
