What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable Machine Learning models for advertising intelligence and forecasting systems.
• Build and maintain distributed data processing pipelines using Apache Spark and Big Data technologies.
• Develop production-ready ML solutions using Python or Scala within AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Research and implement ML algorithms suitable for high-load AdTech environments to improve model performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Managers to deliver end-to-end ML solutions.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to ML architecture decisions and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning and Big Data engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with ML algorithm implementation using Python or Scala.
• Proven expertise with Apache Spark and large-scale distributed data processing.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with distributed messaging systems such as Kafka.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang.
• Background in AdTech, online advertising, or media platforms.
• Experience with forecasting systems or recommendation engines.
• Experience optimizing ML models for large-scale production environments.
