What you will do

• Administer identity, access management, authentication, and governance platforms.
• Manage user lifecycle automation, provisioning, and access controls using PowerShell and Power Automate.
• Maintain and optimize Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Support the reliability and integration of enterprise business applications and privileged access management solutions.
• Serve as a Tier III escalation resource for infrastructure and application modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and HR teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience administering enterprise identity, application, or cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments.
• Experience with authentication technologies including SSO, MFA, and identity governance.
• Ability to develop automation solutions using PowerShell or Power Automate.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with IGA platforms (e.g., HelloID) or PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Passwordstate).
• Knowledge of regulated environments such as GCC High, CMMC, or NIST 800-171.
• Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and enterprise ERP/CRM/HRIS platforms.
