TL;DR
Technical Support Specialist, Level 1 (MDM/IoT): Providing post-sales technical support for mobile and IoT device management software with an accent on troubleshooting, environment reproduction, and customer resolution. Focus on diagnosing application queries and solving complex technical issues across diverse mobile platforms.
Location: Onsite in Mississauga, Canada (Meadowvale Office)

What you will do
- Provide telephone and email-based post-sales technical support for software products.
- Investigate customer-reported issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure resolution.
- Proactively communicate progress regarding outstanding queries to customers.
- Diagnose and solve application queries specifically for MDM solutions.
- Reproduce customer environments using various devices to troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of the OSI model and computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting).
- Experience with Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2008/2012, SQL, and Virtual servers.
- Knowledge of mobile computing platforms including Android, iOS, Windows Mobile, and Blackberry.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish or French.
