What you will do
- Provide technical helpdesk support to customers and international sales partners via web, email, and phone.
- Create application examples, tutorials, and training materials to support software adoption.
- Prepare and conduct customer-specific training courses.
- Manage and execute service projects independently and autonomously.
- Document product issues and collaborate with Product Development and sales teams.
- Analyze simulation application fields to suggest improvements in modeling and implementation.
Requirements
- Experience in technical support or application engineering within a manufacturing or simulation context.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with international customers and internal departments.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation and training materials.
- Autonomous work style with a focus on problem-solving and project management.
- Must be based in or able to work from Burlington, Canada.
