Salary: $60,500 - $65,500 CAD

What you will do

• Guide customers through the initial setup and adoption process to foster long-term satisfaction.
• Assess unique operational needs to provide tailored solutions and technical training.
• Monitor customer health to identify engagement opportunities and potential risks.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities in Salesforce.
• Process inbound Add-On order requests and provide clear guidance throughout the ordering process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and drive program improvements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer support, customer success, or sales.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
