What you will do

• Build and deploy AI/LLM-powered tools to accelerate alert triage, incident investigation, and threat detection.
• Develop AI agents and automations to reduce manual toil in the SOC (enrichment, summarization, first-pass triage).
• Secure AI/ML components against prompt injection, model abuse, data leakage, and insecure output handling.
• Integrate AI-assisted secure coding, code review, and vulnerability detection into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and maintain the organization's AI acceptable-use policy and secure-adoption standards.
• Assess third-party AI vendors for data-handling, privacy, and security risks.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in application security, secure coding, and vulnerability assessment.
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered tooling, agents, or automations.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML threats (OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS).
• Experience securing software in modern SDLC and cloud-native environments.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in the Latam region.
