What you will do

• Identify and mitigate AI/ML security risks including prompt injection, data leakage, and agent identity issues.
• Implement security frameworks such as OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, and NIST AI RMF.
• Translate complex security policies into practical controls and reusable patterns for delivery teams.
• Conduct threat modeling and challenge designs to ensure robust security architecture.
• Collaborate with engineers, product leads, and executives to drive security-first decision making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an AI Security Engineer.
• Must be based in Portugal.
• Fluency in English (C1 level required).
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML security risks and industry-standard frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
