Location: Must be based in Portugal (Remote with occasional visits to Venda do Pinheiro, Lisbon).

What you will do
- Identify and mitigate AI/ML security risks including prompt injection, data leakage, and agent identity issues.
- Implement security frameworks such as OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, and NIST AI RMF.
- Translate complex security policies into practical controls and reusable patterns for delivery teams.
- Conduct threat modeling and challenge designs to ensure robust security architecture.
- Collaborate with engineers, product leads, and executives to drive security-first decision making.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an AI Security Engineer.
- Must be based in Portugal.
- Fluency in English (C1 level required).
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML security risks and industry-standard frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
