What you will do

• Organize internal events, including team buildings, corporate events, workouts, and wellness activities.
• Coordinate company merchandise and communicate with vendors and service providers.
• Welcome company guests and provide administrative support to employees and internal teams.
• Manage courier services and coordinate deliveries related to office operations.
• Handle administrative tasks and support managers with daily operational requests.
• Maintain availability via phone or messenger on weekends and holidays for urgent situations.

Requirements

• Experience in an administrative role or a strong motivation to start a career in this field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, dependable, and results-oriented approach to task completion.
• English: Intermediate (B1) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an Office Manager, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
