What you will do

• Take full ownership of projects from day one in a fast-paced, high-bar environment.
• Integrate AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) into daily workflows to increase shipping speed and quality.
• Collaborate within a globally active team to solve complex problems in the EV charging space.
• Contribute to Engineering (Kotlin/PHP), Commercial Operations, or Customer-facing functions depending on your expertise.

Requirements

• Proficient spoken and written English is essential for regular communication with global co-workers and partners.
• Mindset characterized by ownership, ability to handle ambiguity, and a drive for real impact.
• Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment is highly beneficial.
• For engineering roles: experience in Kotlin or PHP, with the ability to pick up the other.
