What you will do

• Develop and own sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill, deep tech, and executive roles.
• Build multi-channel pipelines using diverse tools and creative search methods.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor intelligence across different GEOs.
• Create complex Boolean and X-Ray search strings to find hidden passive talent.
• Screen and qualify candidates for skill and motivation fit before recruiter handoff.
• Analyze sourcing funnel metrics and implement new data-scraping platforms.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, specifically with niche or executive searches.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn, Telegram, GitHub, Behance).
• Proven ability to build sourcing strategies for roles without existing candidate pools.
• Analytical mindset for reading market signals and adjusting strategies.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the office in Limassol, Cyprus.

• Background in executive search or technical assessment.
