TL;DR
Customer Service Specialist (Health & Wellness): Providing email-only customer support for wellness products with an accent on managing routine and complex user cases. Focus on improving service quality through customer feedback and maintaining high communication standards during night shifts.
Location: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day from home). Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania
Salary: 1500 - 1900 EUR/month (Gross)

What you will do
- Provide customer support exclusively via email, handling both routine and complex cases.
- Collaborate with teammates to share experiences and improve support quality.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to help enhance services.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in the customer service field.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
- Ability to work the night shift (01:00 to 10:00 EET) and occasional weekends.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for multitasking.
