TL;DR
HR Business Partner (Tech/Marketplace): Driving organizational excellence and strategic evolution within a dynamic scale-up with an accent on organizational design and leadership partnering. Focus on optimizing structures, fostering talent mobility, and leveraging People Analytics to build scalable, effective teams.
Location: Hybrid (Barcelona). Must be based in or be able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain (minimum 6 days per month in the office).

What you will do
- Collaborate with business leaders to align People strategy with business unit goals.
- Lead organizational design, team sizing evaluations, and change management initiatives.
- Drive talent growth frameworks, high-potential development, and succession planning.
- Manage performance review architecture and coach managers on continuous feedback.
- Utilize People Analytics to diagnose organizational health and propose structural optimizations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to define capability gaps and recruitment plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in international tech environments or digital hubs.
- Proven track record of designing and executing talent frameworks or organizational design initiatives.
- Experience guiding C-level stakeholders through organizational evolution and structural scaling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to build business cases.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
