TL;DR
People Transformation Senior Manager (AI/HR Tech): Leading the evolution of internal HR self-service capabilities and the shift toward a product-led operating model with an accent on AI enablement and roadmap management. Focus on integrating GenAI into HR workflows, driving organizational change, and scaling technical capabilities across the People Team.
Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (working 5 days a week from the hub)

What you will do
- Act as the business product owner for internal self-service capabilities, defining and managing the strategic product roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional transformation projects across Compensation, DEI, and People Solutions to implement an agile operating model.
- Identify, test, and scale AI-enabled products and workflows within the People Team in collaboration with IT, Legal, and GenAI teams.
- Drive AI upskilling initiatives to build confidence and technical capability in using AI tools across HR functions.
- Manage stakeholders and vendors to ensure HR technology is secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise technology standards.
- Develop executive-ready materials to communicate strategy, risks, and progress on high-priority transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product ownership, roadmap management, and project/program management.
- Expertise in applying AI/GenAI within enterprise or HR environments.
- Strong background in change management and transformation leadership.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into practical technical requirements and user stories.
- Proficiency in business process improvement and workflow design.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
