• Partner with People Team Expertise Areas (PEAs) to co-create and implement the HR agenda.
• Lead initiatives related to workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.
• Manage performance management and compensation cycles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on People Team strategies.
• Apply critical thinking to assess business needs and recommend appropriate HR actions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience working in mid-sized organizations (500 to 1,000 employees) in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and navigate ambiguity with clarity.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate people data into impactful actions.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and driving change management initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied in HR for talent acquisition or performance management.
