What you will do

• Define and evolve the product vision, value proposition, and roadmap for Physical AI & Warehouse Intelligence.
• Translate warehouse automation and robotics needs into scalable capabilities, including User Stories and Epics.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, technical feasibility, and commercial potential.
• Lead discovery, validation, and feedback loops with customers, developers, and automation experts.
• Drive the productization of adaptive controls, robotics integration, flow optimization, and decision support.
• Define and track KPIs such as throughput, availability, efficiency, and business impact.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Automation, or similar.
• Experience in product ownership, industrial software, or warehouse automation.
• Strong understanding of intralogistics, material flow, and automation systems.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear product value and roadmap priorities.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Portugal (Maia).

Nice to have

• Experience with WMS, WCS, PLC environments, AMRs, or robotics.
• Knowledge of simulation, digital twins, edge computing, or computer vision.
• Experience with AI-based optimization.
