Salary: £31,100 - £39,350 + Incentive Awards

What you will do
- Manage the most complex FinCrime tasks, including EDD for high-risk businesses and multi-jurisdictional money muling investigations.
- Write and submit high-quality Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the National Crime Agency (NCA).
- Maintain core investigative tasks to ensure domain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Coach and mentor Investigators on financial crime typologies and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with Operations Analysts to update operational guidance based on emerging trends.
Requirements
- Deep KYB and AML expertise with significant experience in end-to-end business due diligence.
- Proven ability to use open-source intelligence to corroborate customer profiles and transactions.
- Strong understanding of UK and international financial crime trends and the UK SAR regime.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and guidance.
- Experience mentoring peers or possession of a relevant qualification (e.g., ICA or ACAMS).
- Must be based within the UK.
