Dynamics 365 F&O (SCM) Functional Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics)

What you will do

• Manage the full consulting lifecycle including presales, product demonstrations, and business analysis for D365 F&O.
• Evaluate customer business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Document business requirements and develop functional design documents to guide the development process.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide comprehensive training to customer resources.
• Collaborate with global teams, project managers, and developers to ensure technical standards and quality assurance.
• Provide production support and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest D365 F&O features.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a subject matter expert in D365 F&O, specifically within the SCM (WMS/Production) module.
• Proven experience in full project implementations using best practice or Microsoft Sure Step methodologies.
• Expertise in developing functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Location: Must be based in Shanghai, China.
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills for high-level stakeholder interaction.

• Technical background or a solid understanding of programming concepts.
