What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for demand forecasting in production environments.
• Improve forecasting accuracy, robustness, and explainability across diverse business use cases.
• Develop forecasting solutions for replenishment, AI-powered pricing, and supply chain optimization.
• Design and analyze offline and online evaluations to measure model performance and business impact.
• Collaborate with data and ML engineers to build reliable, scalable ML systems.
• Explore and prototype new modeling approaches from industry and academia.

Requirements

• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong application of statistics, analytics, and ML techniques to solve real-world problems.
• Expertise in time series, probabilistic forecasting, deep learning, or gradient boosting.
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed data processing systems.
• Strong software engineering practices, including testing, version control, and writing maintainable code.

Nice to have

• Experience in causal inference or optimization.
