What you will do

  • Define and lead innovation strategies for digital assets, stablecoins, and AI-driven payment solutions.
  • Identify high-value use cases and develop ROI-driven business cases to guide leadership decisions.
  • Translate innovation concepts into actionable requirements for product and engineering teams.
  • Drive AI adoption across fraud prevention, routing optimization, reconciliation, and forecasting.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with fintech companies, payment networks, and technology providers.
  • Represent the organization in external industry discussions and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in payments, fintech, financial services technology, or innovation leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of digital assets, alternative payment rails, AI applications, and B2B payment ecosystems.
  • Ability to define technology use cases and deliver strategic initiatives with a focus on ROI.
  • Experience integrating new payment capabilities into complex enterprise platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Must be based in the United States
